Hassle Free Refunds & Exchanges

At VIRR our goal is to make refunds and exchanges a positive stress free experience.  We apologize for your inconvenience if you have received a product with an issue. Please allow us the chance to make it up to you. 

  • Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not return any items unless you have been asked too.
  • Exchanges & Refunds
    Please send us an email and briefly describe the issue. Include clear pictures of the problem. A full image of the product and close up of the concern. Let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange. Our goal is to get you what you need as quickly as possible. We will respond to you within 1 -2 business day.
  • Once your email has been received and pictures verified we will send you your requested exchange or refund.  Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at.
